Fennel Syrup
 1 cup water
 0.50 cup granulated sugar
 1 cup fennel (sliced, trimmings)
Hot Orange-Fennel Tea
 10 Red Diamond Tea® (freshly brewed and hot)
 1 Fennel syrup (see recipe above)
 1 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice (about ¼ of a medium orange)
 Fennel frond, for garnish

Combine all ingredients on a stovetop

Simmer to reduce water by ¾

Strain out fennel

Cool, and reserve
