‘Tis the season to give your guests a twist on this traditional beverage that will keep them going throughout the holidays. It makes for a great treat to break up their shopping spree. Begin with coffee ice cream and eggnog and mix in Red Diamond® 100% Arabica. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups high-quality coffee ice cream
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1½ cups hot brewed coffee (Red Diamond® 100% Arabica)
  • 4 Tbsp whipped cream or frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 4 pinches ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. Scoop ice cream into pan over low heat.
  2. Stir in eggnog and coffee, and heat until warm, about 3 minutes.
  3. Pour into 4 fancy glasses or ceramic mugs.
  4. Top each with 1 Tbsp whipped cream or topping, and sprinkle with nutmeg.
  5. Serve immediately.
