Scoop ice cream into pan over low heat.
Stir in eggnog and coffee, and heat until warm, about 3 minutes.
Pour into 4 fancy glasses or ceramic mugs.
Top each with 1 Tbsp whipped cream or topping, and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Serve immediately.
