Holiday Coffee Nog

‘Tis the season to give your guests a twist on this traditional beverage that will keep them going throughout the holidays. It makes for a great treat to break up their shopping spree. Begin with coffee ice cream and eggnog and mix in Red Diamond® 100% Arabica. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.


1½ cups high-quality coffee ice cream

1 cup eggnog

1½ cups hot brewed coffee (Red Diamond® 100% Arabica)

4 Tbsp whipped cream or frozen whipped topping, thawed

4 pinches ground nutmeg


1Scoop ice cream into pan over low heat.

2Stir in eggnog and coffee, and heat until warm, about 3 minutes.

3Pour into 4 fancy glasses or ceramic mugs.

4Top each with 1 Tbsp whipped cream or topping, and sprinkle with nutmeg.

5Serve immediately.
