Maple Bourbon Cappuccino

Take a plain espresso to the next level by adding bourbon and genuine maple syrup.  This makes the perfect addition to any Fall menu.

Ingredients

1 shot prepared espresso using Estate Highlander Grog

2 tablespoons maple syrup

½ oz bourbon

1 cup half and half, steamed and frothed

Directions

1Pour espresso, maple syrup, and bourbon into cup

2Top with steamed and frothed milk
