For the sporty set – a sparklingly refreshing beverage with iced tea-flavored ice cubes, lemonade, club soda and simple syrup. We’ll raise you a glass, Mr. Palmer.


Ice Cube Trays

3-4 cups Red Diamond® Premium Tea, Iced

2 cups Sugar

2 cups Water

2 cups Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

3 cups Sparkling Water or Club Soda

1 oz. Fresh Mint (for garnish)


1Freeze Iced Tea in ice cube trays 3-4 hours or until frozen through

2Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan to create "simple syrup"

3Add simple syrup to lemon juice, and top with sparkling water, stirring to mix into a sparkling lemonade

4Pour the lemonade over the frozen iced tea cubes and garnish with mint

5(To create a Strawberry-Basil variant add 1/2 cup chopped strawberries and 1/2 tbsp. chopped basil to the simple syrup while cooking; then strain before proceeding.)
