Ingredients
1 Tbsp. finely ground dark roast Red Diamond® coffee
1 ½ tsp. dark brown sugar
1 ½ tsp. smoked papricka
1 tsp. kosher salt
½ tsp. dry mustard
½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
½ tsp. ground red pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp. finely chopped sage
1 (2 lb.) top sirloin steak
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions
1Stir first 9 ingredients in a small bowl
2Rub garlic, sage and spice mixture on all sides of steak; drizzle with olive oil, and let stand for 1 hour
3Grill steak, covered with grill lid, over 350- to 400- degrees fire for 8 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness
4Let rest for 5 minutes, and then slice diagonally across the grain into thin strips
