Coffee-Rubbed Spicy Steak Strips

Give your steak a uniquely spicy-sweet flavor with a mouth-watering savory rub that combines brown sugar, paprika, pepper and the bold taste of Red Diamond® Coffee. Slice into thin strips to serve center-of-plate or atop a salad, pilaf or whatever you desire.
Directions
1Stir first 9 ingredients in a small bowl
2Rub garlic, sage and spice mixture on all sides of steak; drizzle with olive oil, and let stand for 1 hour
3Grill steak, covered with grill lid, over 350- to 400- degrees fire for 8 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness
4Let rest for 5 minutes, and then slice diagonally across the grain into thin strips
