Give your steak a uniquely spicy sweet flavor with a mouth-wateringly savory rub that combines brown sugar, paprika, pepper and the bold taste of Red Diamond® Coffee. Slice into thin strips to serve center-of-plate or atop a salad, pilaf or whatever you desire.
1Stir first 7 ingredients in small bowl
2Rub garlic, sage and spice mixture on all sides of steak; drizzle with olive oil, let stand for 1 hour.
3Grill steak, covered with grill lid, over 350 to 400 degrees for 8 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness
4Let rest for 5 minutes, slice diagonally across the grain into thin strips.
