I love that we can use coffee as a tool to push and motivate people, to soar beyond their expectations. Relationships grow, it’s all based on coffee, it’s all like from one cup of coffee.

When we think about food development, we think the same thought and love and care for how we’re going to blend it with our coffee and that balance of deliciousness, comfort, and warmth, so like, you’re building community from that cup.

When people walk in, they experience a very vibrant café, and I think that it’s something that we contribute to the community.

When you talk about an experience with food, it’s that moment in time where everything kind of stops and you’re just there with the coffee. It’s a very social thing.

Coffee allows people to have community, it allows people to gather in spaces where, you know, in the morning sometimes, you just need a good place to start your day. And kind of elevates everything too.

As a chef, you always want that to happen. You want to have people walk away from your restaurant having experience that closeness and bonding over a meal.

Where Style Meets Substance.

Everyday Art:

It starts with the basics: a consistent, high-quality pour that keeps guests returning. Your best-selling brew or signature iced tea can define your brand’s reliability.

Elevated Art:

The next level is about story and style. Cold foams, creative garnishes, and flavor storytelling add value—and visual appeal.

Experiential Art:

Now you’re creating moments worth sharing. Signature creations, unique vessels, and cultural inspiration turn drinks into destination experiences.

I'm really starting to see some different trends with the iced tea. Living in the South for a little bit, I really saw people love their iced tea down there and it really seems like it's coming up north. I mean, obviously, a good sweet tea in the summer is great.

And now just like people are mixing tea and lemonade with coffee, cold brews. So there's a lot of exploration, there's a lot of creativity, so many different ways you can go.

We make batches and batches of chai that people love. And having a strong, you know, good mix of the spices with the black tea, it's ideal to any coffee shop. Because chai is extremely popular with all generations.

It does matter how the teas are harvested, the quality of the leaves. The customers are very knowledgeable. There's a lot of information out there. They know their stuff. They know what they like, and we're able to provide that for them.

The experience of tea is like, that's what hospitality is, it's culture, it's community. It's something that's for your body that makes you feel better.

Customers really do love seeing some a healthy tea. We have our wellness tea, like a Mediterranean chamomile and a touch of hibiscus. People are very interested in the health benefits and the anti-inflammatories of the turmeric and ginger.

People are rediscovering something about their culture and their roots, and all of us have that in common that we come from a base where herbs were the source of our health.
