Turkish Delight Coffee

Bring some exotic Middle Eastern flair to your coffee cup with this Turkish-style coffee preparation technique. Begin with Red Diamond® Estate Coffee along with water, sugar, cardamom and cinnamon. Boil, reheat, boil and strain for just the right level of exotic. Serve espresso style.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp finely ground Red Diamond® Estate Coffee

8 oz. water

1 tsp. sugar

1/2 tsp. cardamom

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

1Put coffee grounds, water, sugar and spices in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil

2Remove from heat until it stops bubbling. Let it cool for 2 minutes

3Heat again to the boil

4Remove from heat until it stops bubbling. Let it cool for 2 minutes

5Heat again to the boil

6Remove from heat and strain through a very fine mesh strainer into a cup
