The Southerner’s Peach Tea

It doesn’t get more Southern than iced tea and fresh peaches, unless you mix in some brandy. For a twist on your afternoon glass, mix Red Diamond’s Simple Sweet Tea™ with peach- flavored brandy in a mason jar and garnish with a brûléed peach skin.


Mason Jar

5 oz. Red Diamond's Simple Sweet Tea™

1.75 oz. peach flavored Brandy

1 tsp. granulated sugar

Brûléed Peach Skin (for garnish)


1Peel the peach

2Pat the peel dry with a towel

3Lightly coat flesh side with sugar

4Blow-torch evenly until browned

5Combine the tea and the brandy
