It doesn’t get more Southern than iced tea and fresh peaches, unless you mix in some brandy. For a twist on your afternoon glass, mix Red Diamond’s Simple Sweet Tea™ with peach- flavored brandy in a mason jar and garnish with a brûléed peach skin.
The Southerner's Peach Tea

Ingredients

  • Mason Jar
  • 5 oz. Red Diamond’s Simple Sweet Tea™
  • 1.75 oz. peach flavored Brandy
  • 1 tsp. granulated sugar
  • Brûléed Peach Skin (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Peel the peach
  2. Pat the peel dry with a towel
  3. Lightly coat flesh side with sugar
  4. Blow-torch evenly until browned
  5. Combine the tea and the brandy
