Ingredients
4 oz. Red Diamond 100% Arabica coffee, brewed
1 qt. brown sugar simple syrup, 1:1 ratio
10 grams cayenne pepper
1 dark chocolate square, for garnish
1 dried chile, for garnish
Directions
Mix cayenne with syrup
Add 0.5 oz. of the simple syrup mixture to the hot coffee
Garnish with the dark chocolate square skewered with the dried chile
