Our Sugared Madagascar Vanilla Iced Tea Recipe is sure to satisfy even the most discerning customer.
Sugared Madagascar Vanilla Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 Madagascar vanilla beans, depending on size
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • Fresh brewed Red Diamond Tea

Directions

  1. Split and scrape vanilla beans. Add seeds and pod to sugar, stirring to combine. Cover and let rest 1 day.
  2. Add vanilla sugar mixture and 1 cup water to pot and bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved, remove from heat, let cool and pour into bottle. Store chilled.
  3. Pour fresh tea and desired amount of vanilla simple syrup into a glass with ice.
