1Add the gin and Red Diamond single serving bags to a cocktail shaker. Allow to steep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour.
2Once steeped for allotted time, remove the cocktail shaker with the mixture from the refrigerator, along with the tea bags.
3Pour the infused gin into a separate glass.
4Take ¼ cup of blueberries and 1 sprig of mint leaves and muddle them.
5Add in the .5 oz of lavender simple syrup, .5 oz of St. Germain liqueur, .25 oz of lemon juice, and 2 oz of infused gin.
6Add in the ice and shake until chilled.
7Strain the cocktail into a glass.
8Add a splash of tonic water to your liking (optional).
9Garnish with a mint leaf.
