Light, floral, and refreshing, this cocktail is a taste of spring. This fragrant drink features Red Diamond Black Tea and is the perfect addition to your menu if you’re looking to liven things up.
Ingredients
2 oz gin of choice
Two Red Diamond tea single serving bags (sweetened or unsweetened)
.5 oz lavender simple syrup
.5 oz St. Germain liqueur
.25 oz lemon juice
1/4 cup Muddled blueberries
2 sprigs of mint (one for muddling and one for garnish)
Splash of Tonic water
Ice, for serving
Directions
Add the gin and Red Diamond single serving bags to a cocktail shaker. Allow to steep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour.
Once steeped for allotted time, remove the cocktail shaker with the mixture from the refrigerator, along with the tea bags.
Pour the infused gin into a separate glass.
Take ¼ cup of blueberries and 1 sprig of mint leaves and muddle them.
Add in the .5 oz of lavender simple syrup, .5 oz of St. Germain liqueur, .25 oz of lemon juice, and 2 oz of infused gin.
Add in the ice and shake until chilled.
Strain the cocktail into a glass.
Add a splash of tonic water to your liking (optional).
Garnish with a mint leaf.
