Not your grandma’s jello, unless your grandma’s a real trendsetter. Jello made with Red Diamond^® coffee and Fitz Cold Brew Coffee^™…we’ve seen the future of jello, and it is delicious.

Ingredients

2 envelopes plain gelatin

1/2 cup Fitz Cold Brew Coffee™

3 cups Red Diamond^® 100% Arabica Coffee, hot

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp. nutmeg

1 tsp. cinnamon

pinch of salt

whipped cream for garnish

Directions

1Put gelatin into a heatproof bowl, and add cold brew

2Stir until dissolved, and let stand for 10 minutes

3Add the sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon to the hot coffee, and stir until dissolved

4Add the hot coffee mixture to the gelatin mixture, and stir until blended.

5Pour into individual serving dishes

6Refrigerate until set, several hours or overnight

7Top with whipped cream
