Ingredients
½ cup chilled Red Diamond green tea
5 mint leaves
5 slices English cucumber
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons super fine sugar
1 ounce white rum
Directions
In a tall glass, muddle mint, cucumber, lime juice and sugar.
Add ice to almost fill glass.
Add Red Diamond green tea and top with white rum.
