Ingredients
Fitz Cold Brew Coffee
Corn Syrup:
2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 tbsp Cayenne
3 qt Water
3 qt Sugar
8-10 ea Corn
Roast corn with salt and pepper. Shuck off the cob.
Boil the syrup and spices with the corn.
Let the syrup rest 24 hours. Strain out the corn.
Directions
For Drink:
Add Fitz Cold Brew Coffee and Syrup together
Garnish with cut cobs of corn
For Syrup:
Bring all ingredients to a boil.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Cool and strain.
