To prepare using a Bunn Tea Brewer, the 1oz bag can be swapped for 3oz bag, Item #117251. Simply brew on the half setting to create a concentrate and add citrus slices and pineapple juice directly to tea urn. Increase chill time to 2 hours before serving over ice and topping with Ginger Ale or Ginger Beer.

Ingredients

  • 1oz filter bag Red Diamond® Premium Green Tea Item # 112576
  • 1 Navel Orange thinly sliced
  • 2 Lemons thinly sliced
  • 2 Limes thinly sliced
  • 2 quarts Boiling Water
  • 1 quart Pineapple Juice
  • Ginger Ale or Ginger Beer

Directions

  1. Places all 4 bags Red Diamond Premium Green Tea and sliced citrus in a pitcher and pour over hot water. Let steep 3 to 5 minutes. Remove tea bags.
  2. Add pineapple juice. Let chill 1 hour before serving over ice and topping with Ginger Ale or Ginger Beer.
