Hot water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 to 2 cups ice
¼ cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon fine granulated sugar
Directions
Prepare tapioca balls according to package
Steep tea in hot water 5 minutes, strain and stir in brown sugar
Pour about 1/2 cup tapioca balls in a tall glass and fill with ice. Top with tea
