Ingredients
2 envelopes plain gelatin
1/2 cup Fitz Cold Brew Coffee™
3 cupsRed Diamond® 100% Arabica Coffee, hot
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of salt
whipped cream for garnish
Directions
Put gelatin into a heatproof bowl, and add cold brew
Stir until dissolved, and let stand for 10 minutes
Add the sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon to the hot coffee, and stir until dissolved
Add the hot coffee mixture to the gelatin mixture, and stir until blended.
Pour into individual serving dishes
Refrigerate until set, several hours or overnight
Top with whipped cream
