This is a great dessert to assemble tableside or serve unassembled for the customer to assemble and interact with.

Ingredients

1 scoop vanilla bean ice cream

1 pecan praline

1 shot Red Diamond Espresso

Caramel sauce

1Place ice cream in a small mug or bowl. Top with 1 pecan praline

2Pour Red Diamond Espresso over top and drizzle with caramel to finish
