This is a great dessert to assemble tableside or serve unassembled for the customer to assemble and interact with.
Sweet Southern Affogato

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla bean ice cream
  • 1 pecan praline
  • 1 shot Red Diamond Espresso
  • Caramel sauce

Directions

  1. Place ice cream in a small mug or bowl. Top with 1 pecan praline
  2. Pour Red Diamond Espresso over top and drizzle with caramel to finish
