Presto Espresso Martini

A simply delicious martini with the chill of vodka and the kick of Red Diamond® Espresso. It’s the martini for the caffeination crowd, finished with a touch of sugar and garnished with cinnamon.

Ingredients

2 shots brewed Red Diamond® Espresso

1 Tbsp. Coconut Sugar

2 oz. Vodka

Ground cinnamon to taste

Directions

1Chill the espresso and place it in a martini shaker

2Add the sugar and vodka, and fill the shaker with ice

3Shake until well mixed… a crema should form

4Pour the drink into a martini glass and garnish with cinnamon
