The perfect iced brew for a brisk autumn day (or whenever the craving kicks in.) The pumpkin puree and spice along with a touch of vanilla add a seasonal flavor when blended with Red Diamond Coffee for an iced beverage that is as delectable as mom’s pumpkin pie.
2 cups of sweetened iced coffee using Red Diamond® 100% Arabica
2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon of pumpkin pie spiced creamer
¼ teaspoon ofvanilla extract
½ teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
1Mix or blend the iced coffee, pumpkin puree, creamer, extract and spice. Blend until well mixed well and frothy.
2Add ice to two glasses. Pour iced coffee over ice and top with whipped cream and more spice if desired. Serve immediately.
