Put the perfect pep in the step of all your steaks, burgers, pork and chicken with this delightful dry rub recipe that will be sure to turn your BBQ into a total blast.

Ingredients

¼ cup Red Diamond Coffee Grounds, dry

¼ cup Dried Minced Garlic

¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

½ cup Coarse Salt

½ cup Smoked Paprika

¾ cup Dark Brown Sugar

1 tablespoon cayenne (optional)

Directions

1Whisk all ingredients together and store in an airtight container. This rub is best on steaks, burgers, pork and chicken.
