Cassia Coffee

Iced | Single Serving
Steep demerara (a Guyanese brown cane sugar) with cinnamon overnight. Add it to a tall glass of iced coffee and coconut milk, and garnish with a cinnamon stick for a soothingly smooth spiced icy beverage.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz. demerara sugar
  • 0.25 oz. water
  • 4 cinnamon sticks, plus 1 for garnish
  • 4 oz. Red Diamond iced coffee
  • 1.5 oz. of coconut milk

Directions

  1. Mix demerara and water, and place 4 cinnamon sticks in, to steep overnight
  2. To a tall glass, add 0.5 oz. of the demerara- cinnamon mixture
  3. Add the iced coffee and mix in the coconut milk
  4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick
