This California Privacy Statement supplements the general Privacy Policy of Red Diamond, Inc. as well as any of its affiliates or subsidiaries (collectively “Red Diamond”), and provides notices, disclosures and descriptions of rights under: (a) the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”); (b) California’s “Shine the Light” law; and (c) the California Online Privacy Protection Act.
This CCPA portion of the California Privacy statement applies solely to California consumers (“you”) and addresses personal information we collect online and offline. This Statement does not apply to Red Diamond personnel or information collected about B2B personnel. Further, sections 2 and 3 of this privacy notice do not apply to job applicants.
Any terms in this statement undefined in this CCPA Privacy Statement or our General Privacy Policy have the meanings given to them in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 and its implementing regulations, as they may be amended from time to time (the “CCPA”).

You have certain choices and rights regarding your personal information, as described below.
Access: You have the right to request, twice in a 12-month period, that we disclose to you the personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and sold about you during the past 12 months.
Deletion: You have the right to request that we delete certain personal information we have collected from you.
How to Submit a Request. To submit an access or deletion request, email us at privacy@reddiamond.com or call us at 800.292.4651.
Verifying Requests. To help protect your privacy and maintain security, we will take steps to verify your identity before granting you access to your personal information or complying with your request. If you request access to or deletion of your personal information, we may require you to provide certain information, including: (a) name, (b) postal address, (c) email address and (d) telephone number. In addition, if you ask us to provide you with specific pieces of personal information, we will require you to sign a declaration under penalty of perjury that you are the consumer whose personal information is the subject of the request.
Using an Authorized Agent. If you designate an authorized agent to make an access or deletion request on your behalf: (a) we may require you to provide the authorized agent written permission to do so, and (b) for access and deletion requests, we may require you to verify your own identity directly with us.
Additional Information. If you choose to exercise any of your rights under the CCPA, you have the right to not receive discriminatory treatment by us. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may charge a reasonable fee to comply with your request. This Statement is available in alternative formats upon request. Separate from the CCPA, California’s “Shine the Light” law gives California residents the right to ask companies what personal information they share with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for the purpose of directly marketing their goods or services to you unless you request such disclosure. CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require any person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting Personally Identifiable Information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared.
