- Red Diamond 100% Arabica Coffee
- Carrot Ginger Syrup:
- 420 g Roasted carrots
- 12 g Ground ginger
- 1 qt Cinnamon sugar
- 2 qt Water
- 10 g Cardamom
- 10 g Juniper berries
- Roast carrots in the oven with salt and pepper.
- Add the water, cinnamon sugar, and spices to a large pot and bring to a boil with the roasted carrots. Blend in small portions until carrot is completely homogenous with the syrup.
Heat all the ingredients, bring them to a boil.
Cool for an hour, then blend in the Vitaprep. Strain two times
