The perfect iced brew for a brisk autumn day (or whenever the craving kicks in.) The pumpkin puree and spice, along with a touch of vanilla, add a seasonal flavor when blended with Red Diamond Coffee for an iced beverage that is as delectable as Mom’s pumpkin pie.
Iced Jack-O-Joe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweetened iced coffee, using Red Diamond® 100% Arabica
  • 2 Tbsp. of pumpkin puree
  • 1 Tbsp. of pumpkin pie-spiced creamer
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • Ice, as needed
  • Whipped Cream, as desired

Directions

  1. Mix or blend the iced coffee, pumpkin puree, creamer, extract and spice. Blend until well mixed well and frothy
  2. Add ice to two glasses. Pour iced coffee over ice and top with whipped cream and more spice if desired. Serve immediately
