A simply delicious martini with the chill of vodka and the kick of Red Diamond® Espresso. It’s the martini for the caffeination crowd, finished with a touch of sugar and garnished with cinnamon.
Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 2 shots brewed Red Diamond® Espresso
  • 1 Tbsp. Coconut Sugar
  • 2 oz. Vodka
  • Ground cinnamon to taste

Directions

  1. Chill the espresso and place it in a martini shaker
  2. Add the sugar and vodka, and fill the shaker with ice
  3. Shake until well mixed… a crema should form
  4. Pour the drink into a martini glass and garnish with cinnamon
