This unique beverage concoction is certain to jump off your menu and pull people in. Think of it as a Float with extra kick. Pour Red Diamond Estate® Gourmet Reserve Coffee over ice and add in out milk and cola for a carbonated coffee treat. Top with whipped cream, cinnamon and orange zest.
Iced Cola Latte

Ingredients

  • 12 oz ground coffee (Red Diamond Estate®)
  • 5 cups cold water
  • 2 oz oat milk
  • Cola
  • Coconut whipped cream, cinnamon and orange zest, for garnish

Directions

  1. Bring water to boil; gently stir in ground coffee. Steep for 20-30 minutes, strain through coffee filter, and refrigerate coffee concentrate.
  2. Fill 16 oz glass halfway with ice.
  3. Pour 3 oz coffee concentrate into glass.
  4. Add 2 oz oat milk.
  5. Fill glass with cola and stir gently.
  6. Top with whipped cream, cinnamon and orange zest.
