A gourmet candy shoppe confection in a cup – you’ll find your customers “aahing” after every sip. Red Diamond Estate® Gourmet Reserve makes the ideal base for this mixture of coffee, half-and-half, chocolate syrup and raspberry syrup. Dress up any way you desire.
Raspberry Creme Coffee

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strong brewed hot coffee (Red Diamond Gourmet®)
  • ½ cup half-and-half
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup
  • 2 Tbsp raspberry syrup

Directions

  1. Pour coffee into 1 qt saucepan. Stir in all remaining ingredients.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
  3. To serve, pour into individual coffee cups.
