Cookies and Cream Frappe

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops cookies and cream ice cream
  • 1 shot espresso using Estate Dark Roast Coffee
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 tablespoons Malted Milk powder
  • Chocolate cookie crumbles
  • Whipped cream

Directions

  1. In a high powered blender, combine ice cream, espresso, milk, ice and malted milk powder until smooth.
  2. Pour in glass and top with whipped cream and additional cookie crumbs if desired.
