Cookies and ice cream? What’s not to like? If you want to serve up a delightfully delicious coffee drink, everybody will love the way this cookie crumbles.
Ingredients
2 scoops cookies and cream ice cream
1 shot espresso using Estate Dark Roast Coffee
1 cup whole milk
1 cup ice
3 tablespoons Malted Milk powder
Chocolate cookie crumbles
Whipped cream
Directions
In a high powered blender, combine ice cream, espresso, milk, ice and malted milk powder until smooth.
Pour in glass and top with whipped cream and additional cookie crumbs if desired.
