Green tea, lemon and sage honey are steeped overnight to create a bracing blend of favors that take you away to a Mexican beach side cabana. Topped with Topo Chico and add a mint sprig to give it extra pizzazz.

Ingredients

O.5 oz. lemon

0.25 oz. honey

10 sage Leaves

Topo Chico, as needed

1 mint sprig, for garnish

0.4 Red Diamond® Mint Green Tea, brewed

Directions

1take 4 ounces of honey and let 10 sage leaves soak overnight

2Mix the flavored honey, mint green tea, and lemon and place in a glass

3Top with Topo Chico, and garnish with the mint sprig
